J. Frank Fargo
J. Frank Fargo, the CEO and President of Fargo Insurance, began a career with Nationwide Insurance almost four decades ago, in Charles Town, WV. In 1978, Frank bought a small agency in Berkeley County, WV and since then has grown the Agency to four offices servicing the entire eastern panhandle of West Virginia, Virginia, Maryland, and Pennsylvania. J. Frank Fargo has qualified for Nationwide Top Honors eleven years throughout his tenure. Frank has four children, three of the children work along side him in the agency. Marshall DeMeritt
Marshall DeMeritt joined the Fargo Insurance team in June, 2010. Marshall studied Communications and Marketing at Shepherd University and received his Bachelors of Science degree. Marshall joined our team as the Director of Marketing, however, in January 2011, took the position of Chief Operations Officer of Fargo Insurance, overseeing all operations. In his spare time, Marshall volunteers as a Firefighter and Emergency Medical Technician for Shepherdstown Fire Department. His duties at the fire station are not limited to Emergency services; he also sits on numerous committees and currently serves as a lieutenant. Lisa Fargo
As a licensed Property and Casualty agent, Lisa Fargo has been with Fargo Insurance since 1997. Her knowledge and dedication to the agency has enabled her to become Chief Financial Officer, and Executive Assistant to the CEO of the agency. She is an avid Dallas Cowboy fan who enjoys traveling with her Maltese, Bruzer, and working part-time in the travel business.

Angela Gray
Angela Gray has been in the insurance industry since 2002 and has spent the last seven years with Fargo Insurance and Financial Services. Angela and her husband welcomed their first child, Serenity, in mid 2009 to their happy family. Angela is based out of our Martinsburg office. She is licensed in Property & Casualty and strives for excellent customer service for all of our policy holders
Elizabeth Sonnik
Elizabeth Sonnik started working for Fargo Insurance and Financial Services in February of 2006. She attended Shepherd University for four years and was the Shepherd College Ram for the 1998 football season. Elizabeth is licensed in Property and Casualty and as a benefit to Fargo Insurance has begun actively working with Commercial lines as well.
Lee Earehart
Lee Earehart, our Hedgesville Office Manager, has been in the insurance industry since 1995. He joined the Fargo Insurance team in 2004 and is licensed in Property and Casualty and Health. He is a Martinsburg High School graduate and has a degree in History and Government from West Virginia Tech.
Erin Fargo
Erin Fargo became part of the Fargo Insurance team in July 2005. As a dedicated agent, she holds her licensing in Property and Casualty as well as Life and Health. Erin graduated Summa Cum Laude from Marshall University in 2005 with a major in finance and a minor in business management.
Tiffany Fargo
Tiffany Fargo has been employed with Fargo Insurance and Financial Services for 10 years. She is a licensed insurance agent in Property and Casualty. Tiffany attended Morehead State University and West Virginia University. She is the Manager of our Ranson, West Virginia office.
Maria McGraw
Maria, our Martinsburg Office Manager, brings over thirty years experience to Fargo Insurance. Her knowledge as a Property and Casualty Producer and Personal Lines makes her an asset to the team. She enjoys spending her free time with family, in church activities, and is a hospice volunteer of the Eastern Panhandle of West Virginia. As an enthusiastic WV Mountaineer fan, you'll find her cheering on her team with any spare time she finds.
Elise Olmstead
Elise joined the Fargo Insurance team in October of 2010. She is licensed in Property and Casualty as well as life and health. Elise joined the team with a background in customer service, and insurance sales. Elise is married, and in her spare time she enjoys going to concerts with her husband and step-son. She also enjoys reading and doing art work.
Deborah Clavette
Deborah Clavette joined our Fargo Insurance team in October 2010. Deborah has recently taken the reigns of our Inwood Office. Deborah joins us as an insurance professional licensed in Property and Casualty and has an associates degree from Hagerstown Business College in legal. Deborah came to the insurance industry over 4 years ago, and feels that life experience has given her the ability to help people ensure there lives and property are properly covered. Deborah grew up in Hagerstown, MD and moved to West Virginia in 1996. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends.
Kayla Wise
Kayla Wise has been with the Fargo Agency since Summer 2008. She recently moved from an Administrative Assistant to a licensed producer of Insurance. Kayla's phone skills and personality are essential to her as she works hand and hand with our policy holders. Kayla is a breath of fresh air to our clients with her smile and encouraging words.

Jeremy Fargo
Jeremy Fargo has been with Fargo Insurance since 2007. He attended Robert Morris University and West Virginia University. Jeremy is based out of our Inwood office working as a customer service representative.
Blair Gardner
Blair Gardner has been with the Fargo Agency since January 2010. Blair moved from our Ranson office, working as an administrative assistant, and took a promotion to our Martinsburg Office as a Customer Service Representative. Blair makes it a pleasant experience to do business in our office boasting an excellent customer service reputation. In late 2010, Blair received her licensing in Property and Casualty Insurance.
